Cancellation of the Vesting in the Akitio County Council, Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves, and Change of Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Akitio and revokes the reservation for ferry purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and, further, changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto from a reserve for ferry purposes to a reserve for plantation purposes.
