A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the street described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the reserve described in the Second Schedule thereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of street situated in Block VII, Thames Survey District, Borough of Thames, described as follows:

The Dunsandel Cemetery Order 1964

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 15th day of June 1964
Present:
The Right Hon. Keith Holyoake, C.H., Presiding in Council
Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Dunsandel Cemetery Order 1964.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1964.
  2. The Ellesmere County Council is hereby appointed to be the trustee of the Dunsandel Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
  3. (1) The delegation to the Selwyn County Council of the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery, made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September 1933, is hereby revoked.
    (2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly amended by omitting from the Schedule the words “Selwyn County Council ...Dunsandel”.
    SCHEDULE
    All that area in the Canterbury Land District containing 12 acres and 2 perches, more or less, being Reserve 2287A (formerly part Reserve 2287), situated in Block VII, Selwyn Survey District; as shown on plan marked 191/2/4 held in the office of the Department of Health, Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 3611).

    The Tokomaru Bay Cemetery Order 1964

    Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
    ORDER
  4. (1) This order may be cited as the Tokomaru Bay Cemetery Order 1964.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1964.
  5. The Waiapu County Council is hereby appointed to be the trustee of the Tokomaru Bay Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
