A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim
that the road described in the Second Schedule is closed and
shall vest in Rex Baldick, of Picton, labourer.
FIRST SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Arapawa Survey
District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18579 (S.O. 4655) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 9 perches situated
in Block IX, Arapawa Survey District, Marlborough R.D.,
adjoining or passing through part of Section 8; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
18579 (S.O. 4655) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of June 1964.

Schedule hereto is closed and vested in David Bay, of Ngarua,
farmer, and Dorothy June Bay, his wife.

Block VII, Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is closed and that the road secondly described in the
said Second Schedule shall vest in Roadley Boyd Guise, of
Morrinsville, farmer; and I also take the land firstly and
secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto for the
purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and I
also proclaim that the land thirdly described in the said
Third Schedule is resumed for the purposes of subsection
(6) of the said section 29 and shall vest in Roadley Boyd
Guise, of Morrinsville, farmer.
