THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

- (1) The delegation to the Waiapu County Council of
the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said
cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of
September 1933* is hereby revoked.
(2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly
amended by omitting from the second column of the Schedule
the words “Tokomaru Bay” where they appear opposite the
reference to the Waiapu County Council in the first column
of the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District containing 3
acres and 2 perches, more or less, being part Tokomaru B 8,
B 9D, and B 9E Blocks, situated in Block VIII, Tokomaru
Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 95, folio 254 (Gisborne Registry);
as shown on plan marked 191/2/297, held in the Head Office
of the Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon
edged red (S.O. Plan 760).

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the
following order.
ORDER
- (i) This order may be cited as the Amethyst Electric
Power District Representation Order 1964.
(ii) This order shall come into force on the 4th day of
July 1964. - The number of representatives of the Amethyst Electric
Power District on the Amethyst Electric Power Board shall
be seven. - The first election of the said representatives shall be held
on the day upon which this order comes into force.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation
Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Opotiki Aerodrome
Establishment Order 1964. - Consent is hereby given to the establishment and main-
tenance of an aerodrome by the Opotiki County Council on
the land described in the Schedule hereto. - The notice, published in the Gazette of 19 November 1936,
at page 2263, constituting the Opotiki Waioeka Domain Board
a recognised Aviation Authority, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District comprising 109
acres 1 rood 9 perches, more or less, being Allotment 333,
Waioeka Parish, Block III, Opotiki Survey District, being
more particularly delineated in S.O. Plan 3989.

Exempting Land in the Westland Land District from the
Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the
Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted
from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing one rood, more or less,
being Allotment 110, Town of Taylorville, and being part of
the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
12, folio 375 (Westland Registry), save and excepting for
Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all
other minerals and metals and reserving always to Her Majesty
the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said
coal, minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and
regress under the said land.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 21st day of June 1964.

Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer for a period
ending 2 June 1968, with seniority and effect from 3 June
1964.
