A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTION 39, Block VII, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga County: Area, 112 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 37/24 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 42434).

SECTION 19, Block XIV, and Sections 6 and 7, Block XV, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County: Total area, 45 acres 1 rood 12 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 6/26 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 43765).

ALL that piece of land containing 3·5 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, Deeds Plan 534, being part Section 3, Harbour District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18499 (S.O. 25684) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
