PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves
of the resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on
the 24th day of April 1963, and set out in the First Schedule
hereto, in so far as it affects the side of portion of street
described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to a condition
that no building or part of any building shall at any time be
erected on the land fronting the side and portion of street
described in the Second Schedule hereto within a distance of
20 ft from the centre line of the said street.

FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
THE Christchurch City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by
resolution, declares that the provisions of section 128 of the
Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the southern side
of portion of Ash Street adjoining part Town Section 974,
City of Christchurch, and being comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 223, folio 294, Canterbury Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
THE southern side of that portion of street situated in the
City of Christchurch, known as Ash Street, fronting part
Town Section 974; as the same is more particularly delineated
