ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 0·5 perches situated in Block IX, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through Section 3, Block IX, Paritutu Survey District; part Sections 771 and 772 (D.P. 514), Grey District; and part Lot 6, D.P. 7669, being part Section 771, Grey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O. 6219 (S.O. 9328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District, Westland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 20 Part Lot 1, Rural Section 2303.
0 0 7·4 Reserves 1860 and 1871 and part Residence Site 132/3.
0 0 13·6 Part Residence Site 132/3.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 26th day of March 1954 to be street.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
3 0 14 Part Koutu Block, situated in Blocks XVI, Rotorua, IV, Horohoro, and I, Tarawera, Survey Districts.
