Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated
in Deferred Payment Licence in Block XI, Hundalee Survey
District, Kaikoura County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto and also
hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto is closed and shall be incorporated in deferred
payment licence No. D.P.F. 30 recorded in register book,
Volume 1A, folio 1049, Marlborough Land Registry, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 15453, Marlborough Land
Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Hundalee
Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

0 1 12 Part Section 12; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 18·3 Part Section 9 (scenic reserve); coloured sepia
on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 13·4 perches situ-
ated in Block XI, Hundalee Survey District, Marlborough
R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 12; coloured
green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18108 (S.O. 4625) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of January 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the
road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest
in William Edward Cron, of Te Atatu, bank officer, subject to
the building-line restriction contained in K 63280, North
Auckland Land Registry.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2·2 perches situated in
Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and ad-
joining or passing through Lot 4, D.P. 48401; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18073
(S.O. 44201) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
