NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a stream diversion those portions of land described in the Schedule hereto. Plans of the portions of land proposed to be taken are open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 5th day of August 1964.

SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County, described as follows:

0 0 6·7 Part land on D.P. 9008; coloured yellow, edged yellow on plan.

0 0 5·7 Part Lot 1, D.R.O. C. 104; coloured yellow, edged yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked M.O.W. 8900 (S.O. 42006) and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Secondly, all that piece of land containing 10·5 perches situated in Block VI, Karioi Survey District, South Auckland Land District, being part Lot 2, Deposited Plan 11514, being part Allotment 50, Whaingaroa Parish, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6689 (S.O. 40906) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

WAIROA BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
———
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments notice is hereby given that the Wairoa Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, an access-way and parking area, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land hereby required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the Wairoa Borough Council, situated in Queen Street, Wairoa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objections thereto must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Wairoa Borough Council Chambers.

Ninthly, 13·8 perches being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 4362, being part Town Section 348 Clyde, situated in Block V, Clyde Survey District, situated in the Borough of Wairoa, in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, and coloured blue on Survey Office Plan No. 5410.

I hereby declare the result of the poll taken on the 20th day of June 1964, on the proposal to raise a Staff Housing Loan of £1,500 to be as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was ..... 73
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 41
The number of informal votes was ..... ..... ..... 2

I therefore declare the said proposal to be carried.

BOROUGH OF PUKEKOHE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Pukekohe District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of Pukekohe was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 17th day of June 1964 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board has been incorporated.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 30th day of June 1964.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Dated at Pukekohe this 22nd day of June 1964.

Borough of Mount Roskill District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of Mount Roskill was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 16th day of June 1964, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.

The Council also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 30th day of June 1964.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the Council office is open to the public.

Dated at Mount Roskill this 20th day of June 1964.
