MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Tokoroa Water Supply Loan No. 3, 1964, £80,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £80,000 authorised to be raised by the Matamata County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing additional pumping facilities, storage reservoir, pressure and reticulation mains, treatment plant, and ancillary works in the County Town of Tokoroa, the said Matamata County Council hereby makes a special rate of one decimal nought six seven two pence (1·0672d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Tokoroa Water Supply Loan No. 3 Special Rating Area (County Town of Tokoroa), comprising the district described in the special roll prepared in accordance with Part II of the Local Authorities Loans Regulations 1957/28; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Matamata County Council held on the 18th day of June 1964.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on Omokoroa Beach County Town Water Supply Loan 1963, £20,000, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for providing and installing water supply mains to serve properties in the Omokoroa Beach County Town, the said Tauranga County Council hereby makes a special rate of two decimal seven two pence (2·72d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Omokoroa Beach County Town Area, in the County of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Tauranga County Council held on the 4th day of June 1964.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on Tauranga County Bulk Water Supply (Omokoroa District) Loan 1963, £72,500, authorised to be raised by the Tauranga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for providing a water supply to properties in the Omokoroa Beach County Town and adjacent areas of the Te Puna Riding, the said Tauranga County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two three pence (0·23d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PETONE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION LEVYING SECURITY RATE
Storm-water Loan 1964 of £98,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and of all other powers it thereunto enabling, the Petone Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing for the annual charges in respect of the said loan, the Petone Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of one hundred and sixty-five four hundredths (¹⁶⁵/₄₀₀d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Petone Borough comprising the whole of the Petone Borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wallace County Council Renewal Loan No. 2, 1964, £11,400
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other Acts in that behalf enabling it, the Wallace County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £11,400 to be known as the Wallace County Council Renewal Loan No. 2, 1964, for the purpose of repaying on maturity portion of the Bridge Renewal Loan 1952 which matures on 30 June 1964, the Wallace County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·0105d. in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the County of Wallace; and that such special rate shall be annually recurring during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan and until the loan is fully paid off.”

Ohai Amenities Renewal Loan No. 2, 1964, £11,900
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other Acts in that behalf enabling it, the Wallace County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £11,900 to be known as the Ohai Amenities Renewal Loan No. 2, 1964, for the purpose of repaying on maturity portion of the Ohai Amenities Loan 1952 which matures on 30 June 1964, the Wallace County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·63d. in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the special area of Ohai; and that such special rate shall be annually recurring during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan and until the loan is fully paid off.”

THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and its amendments, and all other powers in that behalf thereunto enabling it, the Palmerston North City Council doth hereby resolve as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of forty-two thousand seven hundred pounds (£42,700) authorised to be raised by the Palmerston North City Council, under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Water Supply Extension and Distribution Loan 1952, of £267,600, which matures on August 1964, the said Palmerston North City Council
