AMURI LIME CO. LTD.
REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Amuri Lime Co. Ltd. a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office in the City of Christchurch and carrying on business as a limestone quarry, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court, dated the 10th day of June 1964, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000 Os. Od.) to sixteen thousand five hundred pounds (£16,500 Os. Od.) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above Statute were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of June 1964. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of Amuri Lime Co. Ltd. is henceforth sixteen thousand five hundred pounds (£16,500 Os. Od.), divided into twenty-two thousand (22,000) fully paid ordinary shares of fifteen shillings (15s.) each, having been reduced from twenty-five thousand (£25,000 Os. Od.) divided into twenty-five thousand (25,000) ordinary shares of one pound (£1 Os. Od.) each, whereof twenty-two thousand (22,000) shares were issued and fully paid.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Parking Building Loan (No. 2) 1964, £45,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of forty-five thousand pounds (£45,000) authorised to be raised by the Christchurch City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing an off-street parking building at the corner of Manchester and Gloucester Streets, the said Christchurch City Council hereby makes a special rate of one hundred and twenty-nine-six thousand two hundred and fifteenths of a penny (129/6,250d.) in the pound (£000086) upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the City of Christchurch; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The Christchurch City Council, at a meeting held on the 18th day of June 1964, passed the above resolution.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Renewal Loan 1964, £223,100
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of two hundred and twenty-three thousand one hundred pounds (£223,100) to be raised by the Christchurch City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of repaying on maturity, those portions of the Roading Loan 1955, £500,000, the Abattoir Improvements Loan 1954, £33,000, the Water Supply Extension Loan 1954, £200,000, the Electricity Extension Loan 1954, £150,000, and the Streets Improvements Loan 1957, £240,000, which mature in the period 1 July 1964, to 31 March 1965, inclusive, the said Christchurch City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three hundred and ninety-nine-twenty-five thousandths of a penny (399/25,000d.) in the pound (£000665) on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property comprised within the City of Christchurch; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate payable on demand during the currency of the said loan."
The Christchurch City Council, at a meeting held on the 20th day of May 1964, passed the above resolution.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Reclamation Area (Buildings) Loan 1964, £350,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of three hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£350,000) authorised to be raised by the Christchurch City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting housing units on land in the Conference Street area, the said Christchurch City Council hereby makes a special rate of two hundred and nineteen-two thousand five hundredths of a penny (219/2,500d.) in the pound (£000365) upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the City of Christchurch; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty (40) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£250,000) authorised to be raised by the Christchurch City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of improving streets including constructing kerbs, channels, and footways in the City, the said Christchurch City Council hereby makes a special rate of five hundred and seventy-three-five thousandths of a penny (573/5,000d.) in the pound (£0004775) upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the City of Christchurch; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
