PURSUANT to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that a meeting of B. Mattison Electrician Ltd. will be held on Friday, the 10th day of July 1964, at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at Auckland Chamber of Commerce Council Chamber, on Friday, the 10th day of July 1964, at 2.30 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

IN the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and in the matter of the Judicature Act 1908 and in the matter of the Trustee Act 1956 and in the matter of a certain Deed of Trust bearing date the 15th day of July 1941 made between Thomas David Burnett (therein described) as Settlor of the one part and the said Thomas David Burnett, George Robert Ritchie, and Percy Barnes Foote (both therein described) as Trustees of the other part and under which the said Percy Barnes Foote, Donald Mount Cook Burnett, of Mount Cook Station, Mackenzie County, Sheepfarmer, Caitriana Mackay Beatock Baker of Mount Cook Station, married woman, and Graeme Alexander Foote, of Timaru, Public Accountant, are now the Trustees.
Notice is hereby given that the above-named Percy Barnes Foote, Donald Mount Cook Burnett, Caitriana Mackay Beatock Baker, and Graeme Alexander Foote (hereinafter called “the Trustees”) being the present Trustees under a certain Deed of Trust bearing date the 15th day of July 1941 made between Thomas David Burnett (therein described) as Settlor of the one part, and the said Thomas David Burnett, George Robert Ritchie (therein described), and the above-named Percy Barnes Foote as Trustees of the other part, have made application to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Canterbury District, Timaru Registry, for orders adopting a report and approving a Scheme prepared by the Trustees under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 whereby the Trustees are directed (inter alia) to sell certain lands at Pleasant Point, and certain personal property thereon being the substantial portion of the Trust assets and which said assets are at present held by the Trustees as Trustees under the said Deed for the purpose of carrying on upon such lands a School for the training of girls in the Domestic Arts, and to hold the net proceeds from such sale and all other assets in the hands of the Trustees after payment thereout of all costs, expenses, and other liabilities of the Trust set out in the said Scheme upon the grounds that it is impossible, impracticable, and inexpedient to carry out the express purposes and functions of the Trust as set out in the said Trust Deed, and notice is also given that the said Scheme has been submitted to and approved of by the Honourable The Attorney-General for New Zealand and that a copy of such Scheme and of the Honourable The Attorney-General’s report thereon has been filed in the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Timaru and they are both open for public inspection, without payment of any fee or charge, and notice is also given that the said application will be heard in the Supreme Court at Dunedin on Monday the 10th day of August 1964, at 10 a.m., or so soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard, and notice is also given requiring any person desiring to oppose the Scheme to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar and the Trustees and the Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before the date of the hearing of the said application.

Hamilton District
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of R. G. Signal and Co. Ltd., a private company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Hamilton, notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 4th day of June 1964, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from £4,000 to £400 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of June 1964. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The amount of share capital of R. G. Signal and Co. Ltd. as altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital is £400 divided into 4,000 shares of 2s. each, and at the date of the registration of this minute the amount of 2s. is deemed to be paid up on each share.”
