Declaration That a Reserve be the Otoko Domain and Appointment of Domain Board
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Otoko Domain, and, further, appoints
The member of the Waikato County Council representing the Wihuka Riding, ex officio;
Four members of the Otoko Progressive Association Incorporated, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Association;
Two members of the Otoko Branch of the Poverty Bay Federation of Country Women’s Institute, Incorporated, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Branch; and
Two members of the Otoko Branch of the New Zealand Federation of Young Farmers Clubs Incorporated, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Branch,
to be the Otoko Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

to be a member of the Plumbers Board of New Zealand for a term of three years from the 1st day of July 1964.

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed
Ernest Leonard Gross Marshall, of Sydney, New South Wales, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales,
to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in New South Wales, for the purpose of administering and taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Closely Populated Locality and Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* dated the 19th day of November 1957†, which relates to Orewa, in Waitemata County, is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
