NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Wallace County Council proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land in the Schedule hereto for roading purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Wallace County Council, Otatau, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the Wallace County Council at the Council’s offices, Otatau.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that piece of land situated in the Town of Hodgkinson containing 15 poles, more or less, being part Section 13 of the said town and part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 71, folio 242, Southland Registry, coloured orange on the plan referred to in this notice, and which plan is deposited in the offices of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill as No. 6531.
Secondly, all that piece of land situated in the Town of Hodgkinson containing 24·8 poles, more or less, being part Section 14 of the said town, being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 71, folio 242, Southland Registry, coloured orange on the plan referred to in this notice, and which plan is deposited in the offices of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill as No. 6531.
Thirdly, all that piece of land situated in the Town of Hodgkinson containing 1 rood 27·8 poles, more or less, being part Section 16 of the said town, being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 71, folio 242, Southland Registry, coloured orange on the plan referred to in this notice, and which plan is deposited in the offices of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill as No. 6531.
Fourthly, all that piece of land situated in the Town of Hodgkinson containing 31·3 poles, more or less, being part Section 17 of the said town, being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 71, folio 242, Southland Registry, coloured orange on the plan referred to in this notice and which plan is deposited in the offices of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill as No. 6531.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the East Coast Bays Borough Council made on 3 June 1964, the Council recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes in the district scheme as now recommended by the Council are available for inspection at the Council office, Clyde Road, Brown’s Bay, during office hours.
Objections to the proposed change may be made in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and marked “Objections to Scheme Change”, and lodged at the office of the Town Clerk not later than 31 July 1964. The forms for use by objectors are available at the Town Clerk’s office.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at a hearing of objections if he notifies Council in writing within a period of which public notice is given.
SCHEDULE
- Code Amendment: Delete apartment houses from predominant uses and include as conditional use in residential zone.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to the Borough of East Coast Bays District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned change to the code of ordinances under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of East Coast Bays were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 27 May 1964.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned change to the code of ordinances shall come into operation on 12 June 1964.
Copies of the changes as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.
SCHEDULE
- Code Amendment: Delete licensed hotels from predominant uses and include as conditional use in commercial B Zone.

NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Change of Borough of Northcote District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 10th day of September 1963, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Council Chambers, Queen Street, Northcote, and the War Memorial Library, Church Street, Northcote, for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked “Objection to Scheme Change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 30 July 1964. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Council office.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Proposed Change—Residential A to Industrial A
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Waiuku Borough Council made on the 3rd day of June 1964, a change to the district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The change is listed in the Schedule hereto.
The change has been deposited in the office of the Waiuku Borough Council, Queen Street, Waiuku, and at the public library and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place(s) are open to the public.
Objections to the proposed change or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 27 July 1964. (A suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the Council offices.)
