Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Jacobs River Hundred, Southland R.D., described as follows:
a. r. p. Adjoining or passing through
0 3 7·3 Land on D.P. 992, being also part Section 19, Block V, and Section 46, Block XIX.
3 2 36·4 Sections 46 and 57, Block XIX, Section 58, Block III, part Section 18 and land on D.P. 992, being also part Section 18, Block V.
5 3 0 Section 58, Block III.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18377 (S.O. 7194) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of November 1950, published in Gazette, 30 November 1950, Vol. III, at page 2032, and registered as No. 4272, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a motorway in the City of Wellington, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
