A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and hereby proclaim that the road described in the
Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in the Rodney
Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Warkworth, and hereby pro-
claim that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto
is closed and shall vest in Ivan Michael Tickle, of Matakana,
farmer, subject to mortgages Nos. 542391 and 542392, North
Auckland Land Registry.
