A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zea-
land, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 8th day of June 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto
is closed and that the closed road thirdly described in the
said Second Schedule shall vest in Ivan William McLeod and
Colin Alexander McLeod, of Martinborough, sheep farmers,
as tenants in common in equal shares; and I also hereby
take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the
purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
