Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

50 0 0 Rangitoto-Tuhua 77M, situate in Block XIIIa, Ongarue Survey District (M.L. Plan 19234).

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Road at Maymorn

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier, Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Hutt County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Declaring an Area in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District for the purpose of the Wildlife Act 1953.

SECTION 12, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District: Area, 100 acres more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 991, folio 253.

Also, part of Section 14, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District: Area, 48 acres 3 roods 0·4 of a perch, more or less. Balance of certificate of title, Volume 991, folio 254.

As is shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/405 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1964.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 32 perches situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 62, D.P. 18250, being part Ngarara West A 23; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4290 (S.O. 24197) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 28·4 perches situated in Block XXVII, Tokomairiro Survey District, Otago R.D., being railway land, formerly part Sections 222 and 223; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18486 (S.O. 13015) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
