Crown Land Set Apart for an Automatic Telephone Exchange
and for Road in Block VIII, Waimata Survey District

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic
telephone exchange and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road from and after
the 25th day of May 1964.

FIRST SCHEDULE
Gisborne Land District
All that piece of land containing 14'4 perches situated in
Block VIII, Waimata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and
being part Section 57, Town of Ormond; coloured orange
on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
Gisborne Land District
All that piece of land containing 0'7 of a perch situated in
Block VIII, Waimata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and
being part Section 57, Town of Ormond; coloured blue on
plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W 18432 (S.O. 5498) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
