Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Mangapiko Valley Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Mangapiko Valley Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Palmerston North City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for recreation purposes, and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wanganui City Council and Change of Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve as a site for a community centre to a reserve for recreation purposes.
