Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration, dated
the 29th day of November 1963 and published in Gazette,
12 December 1963, Volume III, page 1988, declaring land
taken, subject to a building-line restriction, for Maori housing
purposes in the City of Hamilton and hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to
the building-line restriction imposed by special order S. 264332
and subject also, as to Lot 7, D.P. S. 8456, to the right of
way created by transfers S. 259156 and S. 267023, South
Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for Maori housing
purposes from and after the 25th day of May 1964.
