Declaration That the Queen’s Park Domain Shall be Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Queen’s Park Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Matamata County Council on 23 January 1964:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
