The Ruatoria Cemetery Order 1964

At the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Ruatoria Cemetery
    Order 1964.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
    June 1964.
  2. The Waiapu County Council is hereby appointed to be
    the trustee of the Ruatoria Cemetery, being the area described
    in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and
    management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of
    the Cemeteries Act 1908.
  3. (1) The delegation to the Waiapu County Council of the
    powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said
    cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of
    September 1933* is hereby revoked.
    (2) The said Order in Council is hereby amended by omit-
    ting from the second column of the Schedule the word
    "Ruatoria" where it appears opposite the reference to the
    Waiapu County Council in the first column of the Schedule.
