PURSUANT to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Amendment
Act 1936, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 10th day of
May 1961 and published in the Gazette on the 18th day of
the same month, at page 704, appointing Walter Stewart Otto,
Esquire, of Auckland, to be a member of the Board of
Directors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in
Council become county road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of River Plate Road situated in Block XIV,
Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the
westernmost corner of Section 1 of the aforesaid Block XIV
and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally
for a distance of approximately 5½ chains along the western-
most boundary of the aforesaid section.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18469 (S.O. 42316) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.

Rotorua County, to be County Road

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portions of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Airstrip Road, situated in Block I, Ngongo-
taha Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at its
junction with Galatos Road and proceeding thence in a
southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately
1 mile and terminating at the south-western corner of Section
47 of the aforesaid Block I.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18379 (S.O. 42302) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked C-D.
Also all that portion of Galatos Road, situated in Block I,
Ngongotaha Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing
at the north-western corner of Section 45 of the aforesaid
Block I and proceeding thence in a southerly and easterly
direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles
24 chains and terminating at its junction with Poutakataka
Road at the south-eastern corner of Section 46 of the afore-
said Block I.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18380 (S.O. 42304) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.
