PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Regional Authority to reclaim from the sea an area of land in Cockle Bay comprising 1 rood 7·5 perches as shown on plan marked M.D. 11771, and deposited in the Marine Department at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
