ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand
Taranaki District
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of P. J. O’Regan Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court was, on the 3rd day of December 1963, presented to the said Court by P. J. O’Regan Ltd. (in liquidation), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 43A Camberwell Road, Hawera; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at New Plymouth, on Friday, the 21st day of February 1964, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later than 4 p.m. of the 20th day of February 1964.

“That the name of the company be changed from Patons and Baldwins (New Zealand) Limited to Coats Patons (New Zealand) Limited”.

BLENHEIM BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Housing Loan 1963, £9,800
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, the Blenheim Borough Council doth hereby resolve as follows:
“That, for the purpose of securing the interest and other charges on a loan of nine thousand and eight hundred pounds (£9,800) authorised to be raised by the Blenheim Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for erecting accommodation for old people, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of thirty-nine one thousandths of a penny (0·039d.) in the pound (£) on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Blenheim; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate payable on demand in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the said loan is fully paid off, and the said Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge the said special rate as security for the above loan.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Blenheim Borough Council held on the 15th day of January 1964.

GERALDINE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Geraldine War and Victory Memorial Community Centre Loan 1961, £6,000
“THAT, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £6,000 authorised to be raised by the Geraldine Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for completing the hall and amenities of the War and Victory Memorial Community Centre project, the said Geraldine Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of one and three thirty-seconds pence in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Geraldine; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 23rd day of September and the 23rd day of March on each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

TEMUKA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Temuka Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £4,000 authorised to be raised by the Temuka Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing or erecting a staff house, the Temuka Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of forty-seven hundredths of a penny (0·47d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property within the Borough of Temuka; and that the special rate should be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
