IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Brookvale (H.B.) Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the members of the above company will be held at the registered office of the company at 77 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Friday, the 7th day of February 1964, at 10 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.
