Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 2nd day of March 1964 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Durham Street West fronting part Allotment 15, Section 16, City of Auckland, comprised in certificates of title, Volume 751, folio 45, and Volume 932, folio 64, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan C262/3, Durham Street West.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
The northern side of all that portion of street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Durham Street West, fronting part of Allotment 15, Section 16, City of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18465 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Adding Land to the Urewera National Park

Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the Urewera National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with, by the Urewera National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
