A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of May 1964.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 9·3 perches situated in Block X, Ngamatea Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Ohotu 6D 2B; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18091 (S.O. 25664) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of April 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of sub-section (6) of the said section 29.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Whangaroa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 19·1 Part land on D.P. 939; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 8·7 Part Allotment 53, Kaeo Parish; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 11·2 Part Lot 1, D.P. 49015; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 23·7 Parts reclaimed land (Whangaroa Harbour);
0 0 1·3 coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1·6 Part land below mean high-water mark (Whangaroa Harbour); coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 0·3 Part bed Ruato Stream; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
0 0 0·2 Part bed Ruato Stream; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18420 (S.O. 41047) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·1 of a perch situated in Block VII, Whangaroa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 49015; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18420 (S.O. 41047) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of May 1964.
