State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing lands, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

0 0 32·7 Lot 1, D.P. 38377, and being part C.T. 1532/51, subject to K. 6/619 certifying the existence of a line of pipes for storm water.
0 0 29·8 Lot 208, D.P. 39834, and being part C.T. 1110/262, subject to K. 66753 certifying the existence of a line of pipes for sewage and storm water.
0 0 25·9 Lot 23, D.P. 39801, being part Allotment 54, Parish of Titirangi, and being part C.T. 1814/7.

Land Taken for Milk Supply Purposes in the Borough of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for milk supply purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of May 1964.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 27 Part Lot 2, D.P. 26499; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18296 (S.O. 44196) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks purposes and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of May 1964.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Kaitawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
