PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby revokes the declaration, dated the 21st day of February 1964 and published in Gazette, No. 10, of that year, at page 283, declaring land acquired for a Government work at Mount Maunganui, and not required for that purpose, to be Crown land, in so far as it affects the land containing 11 acres 1 rood 20 3 perches, being the land fifthly described in the Schedule thereto.

Declaration That Lands are Public Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Kaitaia Borough Council on the 27th day of November 1963:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Kaitaia Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said Borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby declared to be public reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act".
