The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the Gazette, No. 8, of 20 February 1964, at page 220, relating to the open season for game in certain acclimatisation districts, is amended as follows:

1. In that portion of the Second Schedule which relates to the Wellington Acclimatisation District—
   By adding the following closed game area:
   (6) Part Section 48, Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 20756, and Lot 2, D.P. 3936, being the property of Miss Margaret Romaine Wright and Mrs Hazel Mary Trainor.

   Notice Respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of County of Whangarei and Borough of Whangarei
   It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 12 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the County of Whangarei and included in the Borough of Whangarei. All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration of boundaries are hereby called upon to lodge any objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington, within one month from the date of publication of this notice.
