Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Block. XXVI, Tokomairiro Survey District

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Milton and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the said taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking of such land, set forth in writing any objections they may wish to make to the execution of such works or to the taking of the lands, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Licensing William John Saies to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Totara North, Whangaroa Harbour, as a Site for Buildings for Storing Purposes

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits William John Saies (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Totara North, Whangaroa Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 1930 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining buildings for storing purposes thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1964.
