Declaring Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from and after the 27th day of April 1964.

All that piece of land containing 29.8 perches situated in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District, being part (Section 1, Block IV, and Section 1, Block VII, Waihi South Survey District) C in Block, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18302 (S.O. 42574) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 27th day of April 1964, together with the benefit of a right of way and other rights appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto created in and by Proclamation No. 1653, Taranaki Land Registry.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 30.6 perches situated in Block III, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 4951, being part Section 133, Waitara West District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120651 (S.O. 8166) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
