Licensing Rawene Garage and Service Station Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark at Rawene as a Site for a Motor Garage, a Firewood Yard, a Shop, and a Garage

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Rawene Garage and Service Station Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Rawene, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11748 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a motor garage, a firewood yard, a shop, and a garage thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).
3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1964.

Licensing A. E. Fuller and Sons Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark at Matauwhi Bay, Russell, Bay of Islands, as a Site for a Slipway

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits A. E. Fuller and Sons Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Matauwhi Bay, Russell, Bay of Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11768 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a slipway thereon as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 11 September 1963* is hereby consequentially revoked.
