Declaring Land Taken, Subject as to Part to a Fencing Agreement and Subject as to Part to Drainage Rights, Together With Drainage Rights Appurtenant to Part, for Better Utilisation in the Borough of Mount Roskill

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to part Lot 8, D.P. 36743, to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 542411 and to drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 39707, and together with the drainage rights appurtenant to part Lot 8, D.P. 36743, reserved by memorandum of transfer No. 34788, for better utilisation from and after the 27th day of April 1964.
