Pursuant to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Mana College Board of Governors Order 1964.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1964. - The constitution of the Board of Governors of Mana College, prescribed by the Mana College Board of Governors Order 1959,* is hereby varied so that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 90 of the Education Act 1914, the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Hutt County Council;
(d) One member appointed by the Porirua Borough Council;
(e) Two members elected by the school committees of the Cannons Creek, Ngatitoa, Parematu, Pauatahanui, Plimmerton, Porirua, Porirua East, Pukerua Bay, Titahi Bay, Titahi Bay North, and Windley public schools. - The Minister of Education may from time to time, by notice in the Gazette, amend the list of schools to which paragraph (e) of clause 2 of this order applies.
- The Mana College Board of Governors Order 1959* is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Blueskin Rabbit District Order 1964.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Blueskin Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 31st day of March 1954,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE BLUESKIN RABBIT DISTRICT
All that area in the Otago Land District, Waikouaiti County, City of Dunedin, and Borough of Port Chalmers containing 35,600 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station "S", Swampy Hill, on the southern boundary of Block III, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots C, B, and A, D.P. 1299, Sections 15, 24, 26, 27, and 28, Block III aforesaid, and the production of the last-
mentioned boundary to the south-western boundary of Block II, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; thence north-westerly, north-easterly, and easterly along the southwestern, north-western, and northern boundaries of Block II aforesaid to the mean high-water mark of Blueskin Bay; thence generally south-easterly along the mean high-water mark of Blueskin Bay, the Pacific Ocean, and Otago Harbour to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block I, Lower Harbour West Survey District; thence southeasterly along a right line to the north-eastern extremity of
Beach Street, Town of Port Chalmers; thence generally southwesterly along the mean high-water mark of the Otago Harbour to a point on the eastern side of Sawyers Bay in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 62, Sawyers Bay Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 51, D.P. 7074; thence south-westerly along the production of the north-western boundary of Lot 51, D.P. 7074 aforesaid, to the high-water mark of the Otago Harbour; thence south-westerly along that high-water mark to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Station Road; thence generally south-westerly along right lines along the boundaries of the area vested in the Otago Harbour Board Lands Vesting Act 1910, on a bearing of 134° 45', 320 links approximately; thence on a bearing of 206° 40', 1760 links; thence on a bearing of 150° 40', 2000 links; thence on a bearing of 216° 15', 2340 links; thence on a bearing of 238° 20', 6260 links; thence on a bearing of 207° 30', 3160 links; thence on a bearing of 221° 58', 2834 links; thence on a bearing of 191° 20', 2000 links; thence on a bearing of 206° 52', 4000 links; thence on a bearing of 216° 29', 4478·5 links; thence on a bearing of 240° 07' 40", 4370 links; thence on a bearing of 253° 20' 46", 7914·5 links; thence south-westerly along a right line intersecting a line bearing 133° 48' 10", distant 530 links from the easternmost corner of Section 35 (D.P. 2973), Block LXXV, Town of Dunedin, to a point in line with the middle of the Water of Leith; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-western side of Dundas Street; thence north-westerly to and along that side of that street and its production to the north-western side of Queen Street; thence north-easterly along the north-western side of Queen Street to the south-eastern side of Warrender Street; thence south-westerly to and along that side of that street and its production to the south-western side of Regent Road; thence generally north-westerly along the south-western sides of that road, Lachlan Avenue and Cannington Road to Polwarth Road; thence north-westerly along the south-western side of Polwarth Road and its production to the north-western side of Wakari Road; thence generally easterly and northerly along the northern and western sides of Wakari Road to the south-western side of Tanner Road; thence north-westerly along that side of that road to a point in line with the north-western side of Islay Street; thence generally north-easterly to and along that side of Islay Street to its intersection with a right line due east from the southernmost corner of Section 73, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence due west to the southernmost corner of that section; thence generally north-westerly, and south-westerly along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Section 74, Block V aforesaid, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Section 45, Block V aforesaid; thence north-westerly along that north-eastern boundary and its production to the southernmost corner of Section 54, Block V aforesaid; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 54 and 55, Block V aforesaid, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary of the south-western boundary of Section 9, Block V aforesaid; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of that Section 9 and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Sections 10 and 11, Block V aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of that Section 11; thence northerly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 3, Block V aforesaid; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of that section to the point of commencement.

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the licences granted on the 8th day of November 1944,* the 21st day of January 1952†, the 7th day of July 1954‡, and the 28th day of September 1955§, to Rawene Garage and Service Station Ltd., to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Rawene, as shown on plans marked M.D. 4462, M.D. 4678, M.D. 5762, M.D. 6176, and M.D. 4084, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a shop, a motor garage and firewood yard, a platform, a wharf, an engine shed, and a garage thereon.
