Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Eastbourne Borough Council to the Wellington Harbour Board in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine. This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 3 April 1963 and published in Gazette, 10 April 1963, Volume I, page 506, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
