A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Blocks IV, VIII, and XII, Heretaunga Survey District—viz, a portion of the Napier-Hastings Motorway—shall be defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 18264 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
