SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, City of Wanganui, containing 20 acres and 10 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Wanganui River in line with the eastern boundary of Section 454, Left Bank Wanganui River, situated in Block V, Ikitara Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the City of Wanganui as described in Gazette, 1961, page 704, and proceeding southerly to and along that boundary, crossing the Wanganui Airport Road, to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 454; thence westerly along the southern boundary of that section, again crossing the Wanganui Airport Road, to and northerly along the western boundary of the said section and its production to the left bank of the Wanganui River; thence easterly along that bank to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Mount Wellington Borough Council to reclaim from the sea in the Panmure Basin, Auckland Harbour, 1 rood 16 perches of land, more or less, as shown coloured yellow on plan marked M.D. 11729 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Temporary Judge of the Arbitration Court Appointed

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Kendrick Gee Archer, Esquire, Judge of the Land Valuation Court,

to be a temporary Judge of the Court of Arbitration for the period commencing on the 1st day of April 1964 and ending on the 31st day of December 1964.

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Westport for the term of one year expiring on the 28th day of February 1965.

William David Benjamin, Graham Levestam, and Rolf Clifton Stevens (nominated by the New Zealand Port Employers’ Association (Incorporated) );
