Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Greymouth Appointed
Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Greymouth for the term of one year expiring on the 31st day of March 1965.

Appointing Time and Place of First Meeting of Board of Trustees of Bay of Plenty Savings Bank
Pursuant to clause 7 of the Bay of Plenty Savings Bank Order 1964,* the Minister of Finance hereby appoints 10.30 a.m., on Thursday, 2 April 1964, at the Te Puke Borough Council Chambers, at Te Puke, as the time and place of the first meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Bay of Plenty Savings Bank.

Appointment of the Golden Bay County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Golden Bay
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic reserve.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WASHBOURN SCENIC RESERVE
Parts Section 95, Section 266, and part Lot 1, D.P. 4848, being part Section 94, District of Takaka, situated in Block II, Waitapu Survey District: Area, 24 acres and 14·9 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 10321).
