As the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 18243 (S.O. 39816), M.O.W. 18244 (S.O. 42171), and M.O.W. 18245 (S.O. 42172) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked B-C, C-N, and N-O respectively.

Declaring Road in Block IV, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, to be County Road, and Previous Order in Council Revoked
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of March 1964 Present: THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 16th day of October 1963 and published in Gazette, 24 October 1963, No. 65, page 1639, declaring road in Block IV, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, to be county road, and hereby declares that those portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order in Council become county road.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that portion of the Pouarua-Hopai Road situated in Block IV, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 45 of the aforesaid Block IV and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 65 chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Section 79 of the aforesaid Block IV. Also all that portion of Hopai Road situated in Block IV, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, commencing at its junction with the Pouarua-Hopai Road at the north-eastern corner of Section 45 of the aforesaid Block IV and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 40 chains and terminating at a point approximately 7 chains in a generally north-easterly direction from the north-western corner of Section 47 of the aforesaid Block IV. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18239 (S.O. 25976) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B and A-C respectively.

Declaring Road in Blocks III and IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, to be County Road
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 2nd day of March 1964 Present: THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that portion of Plateau Road situated in Block III, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at its intersection with the Rotorua-Taupo County boundary, near the north-western corner of Section 34 of the aforesaid Block III, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 45 chains and terminating at the easternmost corner of Section 35 of the aforesaid Block III. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18177 (S.O. 41990) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked X-H.
Also all that portion of Plateau Road situated in Block IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 2 of the aforesaid Block IV, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 12 chains and terminating at the north-eastern corner of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block IV. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18179 (S.O. 41994) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked I-J. Also all that portion of Plateau Road situated in Block IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the north-western corner of Section 6 of the aforesaid Block IV, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 38 chains and terminating at the westernmost corner of Section 2 of the aforesaid Block IV. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18178 (S.O. 41992) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked H-I. Also all that portion of Plateau Road situated in Block IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block IV and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 94 chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Section 15 of the aforesaid Block IV. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18180 (S.O. 42175) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured red and marked J-V. Also all that portion of Rakau Road situated in Block IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 5 of the aforesaid Block IV, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 70 chains and terminating at its intersection with Plateau Road at the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid Section 5. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18175 (S.O. 41986) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked L-K. Also all that portion of Rakau Road situated in Block IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 3 of the aforesaid Block IV, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 50 chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid Section 3. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18176 (S.O. 41988) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked M-L.

The Southern Side of Portion of Main Street, in the City of Palmerston North, Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 2nd day of March 1964 Present: THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Palmerston North City Council on the 16th day of December 1963, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE The Palmerston North City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Palmerston North, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the southern side of a portion of Main Street fronting a subdivision of part Section 633, Town of Palmerston North, comprised in certificates of title 19/184 and 949/89.
SECOND SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT The southern side of all that portion of street situated in the City of Palmerston North, known as Main Street, fronting part Section 633, Town of Palmerston North, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18236 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
