At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of March 1964
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto as Maori reservations, for the purposes as set out, for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati-Koroki tribe.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Raukawa tribe.

PURSUANT to section 207 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes an Order in Council made on the 19th day of September 1932 and published in Gazette on 22 September 1932, Volume III, page 2035, and affecting Mohaka IA and other blocks.

Declaring Road in Blocks XV and XVI, Paeroa Survey District, Taupo County, to be County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those portions of Rakau and Deep Creek Roads, situated in Block XV, Paeroa Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the intersection of Rakau and Rawhiti Roads at the north-eastern corner of Section 28 of the aforesaid Block XV, and proceeding thence in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1 mile 60 chains to a point approximately 15 chains east of the south-western corner of Section 23 of the aforesaid Block XV.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18243 (S.O. 39816) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked D-E.
