PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Raglan County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Karioi Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those portions of road situated in Block VIII, Te Kuri Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
That portion of road commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 17, Town of Pouto and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 15 chains and terminating at the easternmost corner of Section 59, Town of Pouto; marked A-B on plan.
That portion of road situated at the westernmost corner of Section 40, Town of Pouto; marked C on plan.
That portion of road situated near the westernmost corner of Section 54, Town of Pouto; marked D on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18255 (S.O. 44235) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the width of the proposed service lane described in the Schedule hereto shall be less than 12 ft.

The Waipipi Cemetery Order 1964

PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R
- (1) This order may be cited as the Waipipi Cemetery Order 1964.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1964. - The Franklin County Council is hereby appointed to be the trustee of the Waipipi Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
- (1) The delegation to the Franklin County Council of the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September 1933* is hereby revoked.
(2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly amended by omitting from the second column of the Schedule the word “Waipipi” where it appears opposite the reference to the Franklin County Council in the first column of the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 4 acres 3 roods 32·4 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 143 of Section 4, Waipipi Parish, situated in Block XII, Awhitu Survey District; as shown on plan marked 191/2/114, held in the office of the Department of Health, Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plans 31067 and 4137).

The Owhango Cemetery Order 1964

PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R
- (1) This order may be cited as the Owhango Cemetery Order 1964.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1964. - The Taumarunui County Council is hereby appointed to be the trustee of the Owhango Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
- The Order in Council dated the 22nd day of October 1958* delegating to the Taumarunui County Council the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Taumarunui County, containing 2 acres 3 roods 15·7 perches, more or less, being section 67, Block X, Hunua Survey District; as shown on plan marked 191/2/282, held in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 25720).
