Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Temuka
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1963 and published in Gazette, 21 March 1963, Volume I, page 374, taking land for State housing purposes in the Borough of Temuka, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3·6 perches situated in the Borough of Temuka, and being Lot 2, D.P. 22996, being part Rural Section 2898. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 601182, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of March 1964.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block IX, Hukatere Survey District, Hobson County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court, by an order dated the 23rd day of July 1962, to be road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 4·7 perches situated in Block IX, Hukatere Survey District, North Auckland Land Registry, and being part Pouto 2E 1 and 2 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8521 (M.L. 14335) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of March 1964.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
