PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That the Warrant under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 23rd day of April 1957† which relates to Springs Road, formerly known as the Sockburn-Rakaia Huts Main Highway No. 114, at Prebbleton, in Paparua County, is hereby revoked.

Road Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 25th day of October 1961† which relates to the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) in the Tauranga City, formerly Tauranga Borough, is hereby revoked.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
