Registration of Dogs in Pelorus Sound Hydatid District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

PURSUANT to the Dogs Registration Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby delegates in respect of dogs ordinarily kept in that part of the County of Sounds comprising the Pelorus Sound Hydatid District, as defined in Gazette, 1963, No. 45, page 1092, the functions, powers, and duties conferred or imposed on him by that Act, except the powers conferred by section 30 of that Act, to the Pelorus Sound Hydatid Committee.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 18th day of February 1964.
