At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of December 1963

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, the land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.


SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10·5 perches situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, South Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 9, Block XVII, D.P. 19460, Otorohanga Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127675 (S.O. 33618) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Road in Block III, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, to be County Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 17th day of December 1963

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.


SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Tarata Road situated in Block III, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at its intersection with Tihoi Road, at the south-western corner of Section 1 of the aforesaid Block III, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 49 chains to the southernmost corner of Section 3 of the aforesaid Block III.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 8676 (S.O. 41912) and M.O.W. 8677 (S.O. 41914) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B and B-C.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.


SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Henderson Road situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 14, Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 5 chains and terminating at its junction with Arataki Road.

Also all that portion of Arataki Road situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, and Block II, Marotiri Survey District, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 15, Block IV, Whakamaru Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 3 miles 30 chains and terminating at the southernmost part of Section 1, Block II, Marotiri Survey District.

Also all that portion of Pakonui Road situated in Block II, Marotiri Survey District, commencing at its junction with Arataki Road and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles 40 chains and terminating at its junction with Tihoi Road.

Also all that portion of Waikino Road situated in Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District, commencing at its junction with Tihoi Road and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 10 chains to the south-eastern corner of Section 16, Block XIV, Whakamaru Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8672 (S.O. 39860) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked C-D, E-F, G-H, and I-J respectively.
