A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring That Certain Works to Alter or Divert the Kaniwhaniwha Stream in the Raglan County Have Been Executed for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of the Whatawhata-Te Rore Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the works executed on the land described in the Schedule hereto to alter or divert the Kaniwhaniwha Stream have been executed for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Whatawhata-Te Rore road, and such works shall for all purposes be taken and deemed to have been executed under the authority of the Public Works Act 1928.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County, described as follows:

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 30th day of March 1946 and published in Gazette, 11 April 1946, Volume I, page 456, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

PART Section 23, Block II, Reefton Survey District: Area, 3 acres 2 roods 1 perch, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 22/4396B deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 10153).
