a loan of one hundred and thirteen thousand pounds
(£113,000) authorised to be raised by the Otahuhu Borough
Council under the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans
Act 1956 for the purpose of erecting pensioners' accommoda-
tion and meeting associated costs, the said Otahuhu Borough
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal five seven
three seven three pence (0·57373d.) in the pound upon the
unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of
Otahuhu; and that the special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable

THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Nelson City Council hereby resolves as follows:

charges on a loan of £3,000 to be known as the Squash
Rackets Club Loan 1963, of £3,000, authorised to be raised
by the Nelson City Council under the above-mentioned Act
